Aerial Yoga Twice Weekly
Aerial Yoga is an innovative type of Yoga using a low hanging, suspended soft fabric hammock to help you through traditional Yoga postures by supporting your body weight. The hammock allows participants to achieve a greater freedom of movement and explore deeper, more fulfilling stretches with ease but whilst maintaining alignment. As a result, we are able to truly embody the words of Patanjali ‘Yoga is effort without tension’.
